How we work
Book Aero Fare is owned and operated by People Information, LLC, based in Phoenix, Arizona. We are a third-party travel agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official website of any airline.
You can search live fares on our website, or call an agent. When you book online, you see the airfare, taxes, and our $25 agency service fee in one quoted total. We store your card at checkout. You are not charged until a travel agent issues the ticket. You receive the airline e-ticket and booking reference by email — typically within 2 hours, no later than 24 hours.
If the airline’s 24-hour rule applies to that unused ticket, we return what you paid us, including the $25 fee, to the original card. We confirm the fare qualifies first. Outside that rule, the airline’s fare rules control and we do not override them. Phone help is then $25–$50, quoted first. See the Refund Policy.

$25 fee shown, charged when ticketed
Online bookings include a flat $25 agency service fee. It appears in the price breakdown before you confirm. It is charged when the ticket is issued and is separate from airfare and taxes.
Airline ticket after an agent confirms
A travel agent issues your airline booking reference (PNR) and e-ticket when the ticket is issued — typically within 2 hours, and no later than 24 hours. You are charged at that point.
Changes and cancellations by phone
We submit change, cancel, and upgrade requests to the airline. Phone help is $25–$50 plus any airline charges, quoted before we proceed.
Live fare search
Search real-time fares on our site. We book as a travel intermediary. Availability and price must be confirmed before purchase.
Independent agency
We are not an airline and not an official airline website. Airline names appear only to identify a flight you may book.
