Use your confirmation email

After you book, we email a Book Aero Fare reference (for example BAFX1234). That is what this form needs — not the airline PNR.

Two different references

Our agency reference is issued immediately. The airline booking reference (PNR) is emailed when a travel agent issues the e-ticket.

This page is not a login. Anyone with both the booking email and our reference can view that file. Keep your confirmation email private.

After you book

  • A travel agent tickets the itinerary through our GDS. You are charged when the ticket is issued — often within a few hours, no later than 24 hours.
  • If we cannot issue the ticket, you are not charged and we will contact you.
  • The airline e-ticket and PNR are emailed to you when issued. Status here will show “Ticketing in progress” until then.

Changes and help

  • Changes and cancellations are handled by phone. Agency help is $25–$50 plus any airline fee, quoted before we proceed.
