Post-ticketing fees apply when you request changes, cancellations, or other modifications to a booking after the ticket has been issued. These fees are in addition to any fees charged by the airline. All fees are quoted to you before any action is taken.

The 24-Hour No-Fee Window

Per U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, you may cancel or change any booking within 24 hours of purchase at no charge, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date. Our agency service fee is also waived for cancellations within this window.

Basic Economy Restrictions

Basic Economy tickets sold by most major airlines (Delta, United, American) are generally non-changeable and non-refundable after the 24-hour window. In some cases, a partial travel credit may be available minus a deduction fee. Our agents will verify your specific fare rules before advising any action.
