How It Works

Find a Lower Price

Within 24 hours of booking, find the exact same itinerary (same airline, flight numbers, dates, class) at a lower total price.

Contact Us

Call us at +1 (800) 903-1468 or email us with a screenshot or URL of the lower price. Have your booking reference ready.

We Match It

Our agents verify the claim and issue a refund for the difference back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, all of the following must apply:

  • The lower price must be found within 24 hours of your original booking with us
  • The itinerary must be identical — same airline, same flight numbers, same departure/arrival airports, same dates and times, same fare class (economy, business, etc.)
  • The lower price must be publicly available and bookable at the time of your claim
  • The lower price must be the total price including all taxes, fees, and charges
  • The claim must be submitted before your ticket is issued (or within 24 hours if already issued)
  • One price match claim per booking

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for price matching:

  • Flash sales, limited-time deals, or promotional fares that are no longer available
  • Member-only fares, credit card exclusive fares, or employee/industry fares
  • Fares from auction-style websites or opaque booking platforms (e.g., Priceline Express)
  • Codeshare flights, charter flights, or flights not operated by the primary airline
  • Fares in different fare classes even if the price is lower
  • Prices found after your departure date has passed
  • Package deals that bundle flights with hotels, car rentals, or other services

Submit a Claim

Claims can be submitted by phone or email. Have the following ready: your BookAeroFare booking reference, a screenshot or URL of the lower price, and the name of the website where the lower price was found.
